- Profile information: headshot, brokerage affiliation, market area
- Listing information: property addresses, prices, descriptions, photos uploaded for marketing materials
- Inquiries and messages: content of communications you send through the Services

- Device information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, timestamps

Information from third parties
- MLS data: property and listing data from MLS Grid and Trestle
- Email delivery and engagement data from our email service provider

- Match clients with their assigned Black Label agent

- Service providers that help us operate the Services (Supabase for database and storage, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Sentry for error monitoring)
- Your assigned Black Label agent (for Noir Collection clients)
- Other Black Label agents involved in inquiries you submit
- Legal and compliance disclosures required by law, court order, or government request
We do not share information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
