Privacy Policy

When a Black Label Realty agent invites you to the Noir Collection, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When you create an account we store authentication records (password hashes or magic-link tokens) maintained by our authentication provider.

When you inquire on a listing, we log the listing you asked about, any message you wrote, and the time of the request.

Like most web services we also log standard technical metadata (IP address, browser user-agent, pages viewed) for security and service-health purposes.

Your information is used to deliver the Service: authenticate you, show you relevant off-market listings, route your inquiries to your Black Label Realty agent, and communicate with you about your account.

We may send you transactional emails (sign-in links, password resets, agent updates) that cannot be turned off. Informational emails like new-listing alerts can be toggled from your Account page.

Your details are shared with your paired Black Label Realty agent so they can serve you. Listing inquiries are also visible to platform administrators for quality and support.

We use service providers to run the platform: Supabase for authentication and database, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted infrastructure provided by our hosting and database providers. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. No online service is perfectly secure; please report any security concerns to the contact below.

You can update your profile information, toggle informational emails, and change your password from the Account page. You can ask your Black Label Realty agent to revoke your access at any time, or email the contact below to request deletion of your account and associated data.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to active members.
